Refugee law and refugee lives

“Refugee law and refugee lives”, is a podcast hosted by Jessica Schultz (Senior Researcher, Chr. Michelsen Institute (CMI)) and Kari Anne Drangsland (Post Doctoral Researcher, University of Bergen).

This podcast explores the increasingly temporary terms of asylum in Europe and globally. In particular, this podcast looks at how policies that make it easier to withdraw refugee status and harder to receive permanent residence are implemented in different countries. Through a series of interviews, this podcast explores how these policies shape peoples lives and how to make sense of these legal and political developments.

This podcast is part of the “Temporary Protection as a Durable Solution (TemPro)” project, led by Jessica Schultz.
