Upcoming event: What shapes refugee journeys?

Tuesday 21 November from 8:30AM

How much do we know about what happens with refugees between when they leave their home and when they reach relative safety somewhere else, across a border or within their own country? What constitutes a refugee journey and what influence refugees’ decision making en route?

These are among the questions to be explored in an upcoming seminar hosted by the Peace Research Institute Oslo (PRIO).

The event will be held on Tuesday 21 November from 08:30–10:00 at PRIO, Hausmanns gate 3, Oslo.

During the seminar, PRIO researchers will share insights from a survey conducted with South Sudanese refugees living in settlements in Northern Uganda, as part of the CONMIG project on conflict induced migration.
